1. Subscription Services

Our CRM platform operates on a subscription basis. Once you subscribe to a plan and your account is activated, the service becomes available for immediate use. Since this involves access to digital tools and automation systems, no refunds are provided once the subscription is activated.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds or prorated credits are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following special conditions:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
  • Payment charged but service not activated within 48 hours.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions (upon valid investigation).

If your case meets any of the above criteria, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment.

5. No Refunds For

  • Change of mind after service activation.
  • Failure to use or access the service due to user-side issues.
  • Services purchased through promotions, discounts, or limited-time offers.
